How to create exchanges and returns ↩️?
Return/Exchange Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns & exchange portal.
- You will receive an email with a return/exchange authorization.
- Please securely package the item and include the original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
Return Shipping
- We will pick the return item from your doorstep at free of cost.
- While delivering the t-shirts to the courier guy, please crosscheck the AWB number you received on email with him.
- If the t-shirts, by mistake, delivered to a wrong person, unfortunately, we can not do anything as we do not own the delivery company. So, please cross check the AWB number and deliver it.
