Returns

1. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
   
2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
   
3. Personalized or custom-made items can be returned only in case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
   
4. Clearance Sale items are non-returnable but can be exchanged for other sale items.

Refunds

1. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase or will be added as a store credit as per your preference.
   
2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.
   
3. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
