How long does it take to process a refund once I've returned my item?
Return Pickup:
Once your return is approved, our courier partner will be scheduled to pick up the tee(s) from you. Please note that the courier person is not responsible for processing the refund directly. Your part in the process will be to hand over the package to them after ensuring the airway bill (AWB) is checked and attached.
The journey of the return package back to our warehouse typically takes between 5 to 8 days, depending on the travel distance. Upon its arrival at our warehouse, we will conduct an immediate inspection of the package. Following this, the refund process will be initiated.
Refund:
In total, the refund process can take around 5 to 10 days. However, we often find that it is completed in a shorter timeframe. We ask for your understanding if there are any operational delays that extend this period.
Rest assured, this process is fully automated to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Once you have handed the correct items to the courier executive, your role in the return process is complete. We handle everything from there on to ensure your refund is processed smoothly.
